Refund Policy

At Reyka Drywall, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Because drywall services are custom and labor-based, refunds are handled carefully and on a case-by-case basis. Please review our refund policy below.

Deposits

  • Deposits made to secure project scheduling or materials are non-refundable, unless we are unable to provide the agreed-upon services.

  • If a project is canceled by the customer after work has started, the deposit will be applied to costs already incurred, including labor and materials.

Services Completed

  • Once a project or service has been completed and approved by the customer, refunds are not available.

  • If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us within 7 days of completion, and we will work with you to correct any issues covered under our workmanship warranty.

Materials Purchased

  • If special-order materials have been purchased specifically for your project, these costs are non-refundable.

  • If materials are returnable to our suppliers, we will refund you for the cost of those items, minus any restocking or return fees.

Refund Requests

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@reykadrywall.com with your name, project details, and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 3 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer-caused delays or damages.

  • Work performed by another contractor after our services.

  • Normal wear and tear or issues outside the scope of our agreement.
